Show the property to prospective tenants.
Securing a suitable tenant... screening, credit check and lease preparation.
Collection of security deposits and rents, day-to-day management which includes service/maintenance/repair calls handled for you. Accountability and communication with owner at all times.
Cost of Property Management....
Leasing Fee equal to 1-months rent plus 10% monthly for management.
By agreement between broker and owner...
If the owner decides to manage property after tenant is secured, there is no monthly fee.
